Brew at the Zoo on Tap for June 2
Presented by M.L.Rose Craft Beer & Burgers
Animals, entertainment, local food trucks and over 100 craft beers are all on tap for the sixth annual Brew at the Zoo set for Friday, June 2 from 6:30 to 11 p.m.
Brew at the Zoo guests wander the Zoo trail while sampling beer from more than 60 craft breweries from around the country. Many of the Zoo’s animal exhibits will be open until sundown with keepers available to answer guests’ questions. Other available activities include rides on the Wild Animal Carousel and the Soaring Eagle zip line, dinner from food truck favorites, live music, beer garden, and special animal encounters.
“Brew at the Zoo is as much a social event as a tasting event. You get to sample 100 fantastic beers & interact directly with the people who brew them,” said Austin Ray owner of M.L.Rose. “It’s such an exciting feeling strolling through the zoo to find the main open field filled with craft beer tents, food trucks, and beer lovers. Add the Zoo’s incredible family of wild animals to the mix, and it’s over the top fun. We have not found a better beer event in Nashville.” M.L.Rose will also have a booth featuring samples of a special collaboration brew called “Great Horned Owl.”
Regular general admission tickets for Brew at the Zoo are $65 a person, and VIP tickets are $125. VIP tickets include beer tastings and food pairings in private lounge, exclusive animal encounters, and access to the Conservation Lounge. The Zoo is once again offering a Conservation Lounge for an additional fee that includes lounge atmosphere, specialty beer, games, and an animal encounter. Conservation Lounge access is $10 in advance and $15 the evening of the event. All proceeds benefit the Rainforest Trust. Limited tickets are available.
A limited number of designated driver tickets are available for $25. Brew at the Zoo is for adults ages 21 and over, and children will not be allowed to attend the event.
