Chef Deb Paquette picks Green Hills for new restaurant Etc
Signs lease for space on Bedford Ave. to open in 2016
NASHVILLE, Tn. (Dec. 2, 2015) --- Chef Deb Paquette has signed a lease for her next project. New restaurant Etc will be located in the Atlas Building at 3790 Bedford Ave. in Green Hills. The intimate 2400 square foot venue will seat 80 guests inside with additional room on an outdoor patio. Current plans target a late spring or early summer 2016 opening day. The leasing agreement was brokered by Austin Benedict of CBRE and Angela Heering of Turner & Associates Realty, Inc. The design and construction project will be headed by lead architect Manley Seale of Powell Architecture and Building Studio.
“We’re bringing a little bit of Etch to the other side,” said Paquette. “I want to make cool, fun food and bring a new local option to Green Hills.”
Paquette had previously planned a new restaurant in Sylvan Park called Truss before ultimately terminating their lease due to building issues. She is working diligently to develop Etc’s look, feel and menu and will update on progress closer to opening.
