About The Row:
The Row is the concept of restaurant owner and songwriter Kelly Black. Kelly traded in his six string for three course meals when he launched Pie In The Sky, a local pizzeria & restaurant in 2001 with his wife Caroline. Their “Nashville Style” pizza expanded to two locations throughout Nashville and a location in Madison, Alabama. The Row, located at 110 Lyle Avenue, was formerly the LongHorn, a dining destination for the working class poets of Music Row. Black hoped to restore its home on the row by celebrating writers who once frequented the location with Nashville Inspired food & live local music. Guests can sit in the original “Harlan Howard booth” and fill up on flavorful entrees and the history of award winning tunesmiths in Nashville told through vintage photos of Curly Putnam, Bobby Braddock, Francis Preston, among others.
