Etch named #1 of Nashville in latest Zagat survey
Chef Deb Paquette’s SoBro spot ranked in top 20 restaurants nationwide
NASHVILLE, Tn. (December 4, 2013) - - - Etch is proud to announce that they have been selected as Nashville’s #1 restaurant in Zagat’s America’s Top Restaurants 2014. The SoBro restaurant’s near-perfect rating (food: 28, décor: 27, service: 27) reflects excellence in every area. Over 224,000 avid diners in 36 major markets voted in Zagat’s annual survey, ranking their picks of the best food, décor and service among 1,478 restaurants.
Zagat describes chef Deb Paquette’s eclectic menu as an “array of flavor, texture and olfactory experiences” that are “worth savoring.” The review notes prices “reasonable for the quality” and mentions a helpful staff and entertaining atmosphere with a view of the open kitchen.
A list of “20 Top-Rated Restaurants Across America” was also compiled and puts Etch up next to perennial favorites like Le Bernardin in New York City and Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas.
Nashville was named one of Zagat’s “7 Up-and-Coming Food Cities Around the U.S.” earlier this year noting incredible creative talents, accessibility to locally-made products, and an exciting energy surrounding the city.
