Chef Deb Paquette was drafted by Taste of the NFL to represent the Tennessee Titans at the annual “Party with a Purpose” in New Orleans last February. She’ll return for the 2014 event in Brooklyn, NY on Feb. 1. The strolling wine and food experience matches chefs with a current or alumni NFL player from each NFL team to raise money and support of food banks in every NFL city.
Since opening last August, chef Deb Paquette and partners Doug Hogrefe and Paul Schramkowski have seen their downtown Nashville business exceed projected sales, showing a need for more space. Attendees of the Kick Hunger Challenge reception will be the first to see the expansion, which adds about 1200 square feet on the south side of the restaurant to increase seating capacity, accommodate demand for private dining, grow bakery operations, and add storage.
