Nashville July 4th Fireworks
You aren't named one of the best July 4th celebrations in the country without a seriously over-the-top fireworks show. Every year Nashville goes bigger and better and this year is no exception. The sky above Downtown Nashville will light up with more than 30,000 fireworks shells that will have the crowd ooohhing and aaahhing in unison. But what really puts it over the top is the GRAMMY-award-winning Nashville Symphony's original medley of songs performed live and perfectly choreographed to the 27-minute fireworks spectacular - the longest in Nashville's history!
Come experience the largest fireworks show in the South and see for yourself why the American Pyrotechnics Association named Nashville one of the biggest "must see" fireworks displays!
The fireworks, produced by Pyro Shows, Inc., in Nashville for the 2014 4th of July includes more than 30,000 fireworks shells, totaling more than 16,000 lbs. Pyro Shows uses 100 10" shells and 150 8" shells and new effects from LP Field, setting the stage for a more spectacular show. The display site is more than 1,000 feet long, and it will take 12 men 6 days to build the show.
