MUSIC CITY CONNECTION: HEROES BEHIND THE HITS
Taped before a live audience at various Nashville venues, the series presents songwriters of all genres during an informal in-the-round showcase - performing their hits, revealing their influences and sharing their personal stories of writing, recording and living in Music City. Since the series started in 2006, shows have included songwriters the likes of Tim Nichols, Lyle Lovett, Nanci Griffith, Jim Lauderdale, Gary Nicholson, Brett James, Pam Tillis, Rodney Crowell and so many others sharing their songs and your favorites. Created by the Nashville Convention & Visitors Bureau, the show airs on Sirius|XM Satellite Radio.

CMT HOT 20 COUNTDOWN - NEW!
NASHVILLE VISITOR CENTER & MARKETPLACE AT THE MUSIC CITY TOWER (at Bridgestone Arena)
The new CMT countdown show is hosted by Cody Alan, Alecia Davis, and Katie Cook. The 2.5-hour show counts down the 20 biggest music videos, feature news stories, in-studio performances, and candid interviews from country's biggest and newest artists.

Music City Roots, Live From The Loveless Cafe is a weekly, two-hour radio show that revives the historic legacy of live musical production on the legendary WSM-AM. Broadcast on Wednesday nights from 7pm to 9pm, Music City Roots, Live From The Loveless Cafe showcases Nashville's astonishing music scene, from country and Americana to more progressive interpreters of tradition -- a "roots and branches" format that brings together fans of different tastes and generations. Presented live from the stage of the Loveless Barn, this show will showcase purveyors of authenticity across many genres.

What began as a simple radio broadcast in 1925 is today a live-entertainment phenomenon.
