The Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp is proud to offer a variety of benefits and services to suit your business and your budget needs.

Marketing

Brochure Racks
All members have the opportunity to display a company brochure for visitor exposure in the NCVC Visitor Center (over 100,000 visitors annually) located in the Bridgestone Arena tower. Brochures must be 4.5” x 9.5” in size. NCVC's Nashville Experts also manage Guest Services at Fifth + Broadway, giving members additional exposure.

Digital Visitor Center Kiosks
Members have the opportunity to showcase their business through editorial content on a digital kiosk located in Nashville’s Visitor Information Center. *Coming Soon!*

Maps and Visitor Guide Distribution
All members have the opportunity to order and pick up Nashville Visitors Guides and POI Maps in bulk.

Nashville Visitors Guide
Printed and distributed semi-annually and available digitally as the “go to” resource to inspire visitors on the trip to Music City. Members receive exclusive placement in the Nashville Visitors Guide. Advertisements are sold by Journal Communications, Inc.

Meeting Planning Guide
Published annually and distributed in print and online to meeting planners who have booked their meeting or are considering booking their meeting in Nashville. Members receive a listing in the Meeting Planning Guide dependent on membership level. Members also receive exclusive advertisement placement in the Meeting Planning Guide.

Website Profile Page
All members receive a business profile page on the NCVC website (visitmusiccity.com) under the appropriate category (dining, lodging, convention services, etc.) as well as in the Member Directory. In addition to your primary company description (900 characters or less) and general contact information, your profile page will include one company logo, one image, and one link that will take visitors directly to your website.

Noteworthy Member Profile
As a member at the Hall of Fame or higher level, the primary membership’s property will receive additional recognition as a “Noteworthy Member” and populate at the top of the search engines, in alphabetical order, on the Visit Music City website.

Website Landing Pages
Members have the opportunity to be featured on visitmusiccity.com through editorial content such as trip ideas, events, and promotions, etc.

Co-Ops
Members have the opportunity to participate in various advertising co-ops throughout the year. Co-op campaigns are built around a member need and must align with CVC campaign goals/objectives. A co-op campaign creates an opportunity to combine efforts resulting in a higher ad spend and a more impactful advertising campaign.

Promotional Giveaways
All members have the opportunity to participate in various promotions throughout the year. Promotional giveaways are coordinated based on special events and industry happenings aimed at increasing visitor room nights.

Leisure Sales Program

Lodging Program
Lodging members have the opportunity to participate in a room reservation system hosted on the Visit Music City website. Member participation is automatic for lodging members with room inventory in the Global Distribution System (GDS) or through chain agreements. For members that do not have room inventory in either option, tools are available for participation.

Leisure Vacation Packages
Lodging members have the opportunity to participate in an Exclusive Vacation Package. These packages are based on a unique custom experience specific to the lodging member’s property.

Ticket Sales Program
Attractions and events have the opportunity to participate in a ticket program. Leisure visitors can purchase tickets through a professional call center, online through visitmusiccity.com, or at the Nashville Visitor Center.

Member-to-Member Discounts
All members have the opportunity to both offer and receive discounts for goods and services to and from fellow members through multiple NCVC marketing and distribution channels.

Special Offers
Members have the opportunity to provide discounted offers to two distinct audiences–Visitors and fellow NCVC Members–via visitmusiccity.com. This program is a FREE BENEFIT to members, further extending the marketing opportunities through NCVC distribution channels. Special offers can be submitted and changed at any time through the Member Portal to allow you to maximize sales opportunities to best fit your business needs.

Total Access Pass
Total Access Pass is Nashville’s Official Combo Ticket and the best-selling ticket for visitors. Attractions and tours have the opportunity to participate in this program. This pass is updated yearly and promoted through NCVC marketing channels.

Tourism Sales

Tourism Leads
Where applicable, members receive tourism leads based on the clients’ specific requirements for hotel room nights. These leads represent potential business generated from domestic and international tour operators at industry trade shows and Tourism Sales Missions.

Invitations to Sales Missions and Tradeshows
Hall of Fame and above members receive invitations to participate in industry tradeshow booth partnerships in conjunction with the NCVC Sales Team for the purpose of selling Nashville as a destination. Tradeshow participation varies and partner participation is subject to availability. Member is responsible for associated travel costs and expenses.

Tourism Referrals
Where applicable, members receive tourism service referrals based on the clients’ specific requirements for attractions, dining, sightseeing tours, etc. These referrals represent potential business generated from domestic and international tour operators at industry trade shows and Tourism Sales Missions.

Public Relations

Press Tours
Members have the opportunity to garner earned press coverage by showcasing their businesses – attractions, accommodations, dining, venues, etc. – during national and international press tours comprised of journalists from top tier print and digital publications. The NCVC creates itineraries for individual journalist visits, too, which also highlight members’ businesses.

Press Clippings
Members will have access to press clippings when the NCVC secures coverage on their behalf. The NCVC archives such press coverage in the member portal for quick access and reference.

Convention Services

Service Referrals
NCVC member businesses may be referred to clients based on their specific meeting and convention needs. Member business and contact information is provided through the NCVC Convention Services Manager and is communicated directly to clients to help them source vendors for their convention needs.

Custom Marketing Materials for Conventions
Where applicable, members are included in customer marketing materials created for specific conventions coming to Nashville. Materials include maps, microsites, and general marketing materials.

Planning Visits
When applicable, the NCVC Services Team will refer and schedule member visits based on client requests and needs. In some instances, the client will be given venue or location contact information to set their own visit, based on attendee size.

Packages for Clients with Other Members
Where applicable, the NCVC Services Team will recommend partnerships or packages between members based on client requests and needs.

Staffing Volume Reports
Double Platinum and above may receive staffing volume reports upon request – this information will include group name, meeting dates and projected conference attendance.

Convention Calendar

Members receive varying access to the NCVC Convention Calendar depending on their level of membership. The calendar, accessible via the extranet, includes the name of incoming convention groups, arrival and departure dates, number of attendees, and primary hotel. Enhanced calendar access includes contact information for the convention services contact as well as convention information as far out as 23 months. *Some information may not be available at the client’s request or due to a third-party booking.

Convention Sales

Meeting & Convention Sales Leads
Platinum and above lodging members receive convention room night leads based on specific client requirements. Room night leads are applicable only to the properties paying the Davidson County Hotel/Motel tax.

Director of Revenue Management Meeting
Each quarter, the NCVC hosts a meeting for all Directors of Sales at lodging properties in the Downtown area to discuss Convention and Tourism Sales efforts, NCVC Research/trends, and other pertinent topics. This meeting is designed to align Nashville’s sales efforts.

Industry Events in Conjunction with CVC
Hall of Fame and above members receive invitations to attend various Client Sales Events and Host City Events held in Nashville throughout the year. These events give you direct exposure to key meeting planners with potential to bring their business to Music City.

Site Visits with Client
Each site visit is based on client requirements specific to their group size and needs. Members will receive direct communication from the sales team when setting up the site visit.

Roadshow & Sales Invitations*
Hall of Fame and above members receive invitations to attend NCVC Roadshows and sales missions led by the NCVC Convention & Tourism Sales Teams. The roadshows take place in major cities across the country on a periodic basis and are designed to "sell Nashville" to meeting planners for their conventions and meetings or to Tour Operators as a leisure destination. Your participation gives you the opportunity to sell your services while promoting Nashville. Member is responsible for associated travel costs and expenses.
*Only open to members located in Davidson County.

Events

Member Forum
Available to members at the Double Platinum level and higher, this provides a unique opportunity to present your business to NCVC employees once per renewal year. Forums must be scheduled in advance and are held on Wednesday mornings at 8:30am.

Nashville's Hospitality Industry Celebration
Held each Spring, all members receive an invitation to Nashville’s Hospitality Industry Celebration. This member event awards the annual Music City Hitmakers award for outstanding customer service and is a great opportunity to network with hospitality leaders.

Sell Nashville
A bi-monthly meeting where you will hear from the NCVC Executive Staff. Presentations provide industry updates, research analysis and current insights into NCVC sales, marketing, and public affairs efforts. Opportunities to network with other convention sales professionals in the hospitality field included before or after the meeting.

Tourism Connection
A quarterly networking meeting designed to update members on leisure marketing and tourism specific sales efforts. Members learn about citywide tourism efforts with an opportunity to network and share company news and information with the group of fellow members.

Site Visits with NCVC Team
Available to members at the Platinum level and higher, this provides a unique opportunity to host NCVC employees at your business once per renewal year. Sites must be scheduled in advance and are held on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

Chairman & President's Lunch
Hall of Fame and above members are invited to the exclusive Chairman and President’s Luncheon held in the fall. Providing the opportunity to network with other member executives and hear the latest on the state of the Nashville hospitality industry, including the NCVC Annual Report.

VIP Invitations to NCVC Events
Diamond level and higher members will receive an invitation to attend our exclusive Partner Hospitality areas for the NCVC hosted July 4 and New Year's Eve celebrations with a plus one. Communication will come in the weeks leading up to the event and RSVP is required to receive credentials

Training

Member Orientation
Member Orientation is step number one in taking advantage of the many benefits that your NCVC membership afford you. Designed to educate you on the hospitality industry and, how the NCVC markets and sells Music City as a destination, this meeting provides a unique networking opportunity for new members and new employees to existing members. Orientation is hosted at the NCVC office once a month, time permitting. RSVPs are required in advance and space is limited.

Platinum Ambassador Training Program
Prepare your staff to welcome visitors with the Southern hospitality we are known for and all the up-to-date information about what Nashville has to offer. All members and their employees are invited to attend the online sessions offered by the NCVC to learn more about the Music City brand, Nashville's neighborhoods and delivering excellent customer service. This virtual program allows your staff to view the sessions in a more cohesive manner with the flexibility to view them when convenient to their schedule. Hospitality Industry Research
Members have access to NCVC hospitality and tourism related research.

Hospitality Works Job Board
Members have another resource to post their job openings and search for candidates on Hospitality Works, Nashville’s first centralized website for job listings in the hospitality industry. This benefit is open to all membership levels. Members can post free individual listings as for as many positions as preferred. Members can also become a Featured Employer for an annual nominal fee.

Featured Job Employers
This program was designed for members that have many open positions at any give time to direct candidates directly to their own recruitment website. Featured Employers gives the member an opportunity to post their logo and a link directing candidates to their recruitment webpage. E-Newsletters
Members can opt to receive multiple weekly/monthly member e-newsletters keeping you informed on what is happening as it relates to the Nashville hospitality community and what the NCVC is doing for you. Music City Shop Discount*
All members receive a 15% discount on merchandise at The Music City Shop located in the Visitor Center at Bridgestone Arena and at Fifth + Broadway. NCVC Hall of Fame members receive a 20% discount. This discount can be applied to wholesale orders. *Not valid at the BNA Music City Shop Some restrictions may apply.

Member List
Member Lists are one of our most valuable benefits. Fellow NCVC contacts can assist you in marketing your business, inviting hospitality partners to upcoming events, and making fruitful connections to develop your business. These lists can be requests once per renewal year and will follow the below specifications: Gold members may request a specific contact to and warm introduction, Platinum and Double Platinum members may request lists to target specific segments based on neighborhood and title of the contact, with Double Platinum receiving the emails of those contacts. Hall of Fame members may request contact lists based on neighborhoods and positions that include full contact information, including phone numbers. Diamond and plus have no limit on list requests.

Music City Inc. Donation
A portion of Hall of Fame and above membership investment will be tax deductible and allocated to Music City, Inc., a 501(c)(3) foundation of the NCVC. Music City, Inc. seeks to enhance the NCVC’s programs by providing education, training, and research benefiting Nashville citizens, the workforce of its hospitality industry, and visitors to Music City. Music City Inc. launched the Music City Walk of Fame in November 2006 and also produces New Year's Eve Live: Nashville's Big Bash and Let Freedom Sing! Music City July 4th.
