Nashville's International Airport (BNA) is adding a new hotel in February 2024. This hotel will be full-service, 16,500 square feet, with 298 rooms.

A full-service hotel with 159 rooms is now open in downtown Nashville.

Hyatt Place Green Hills (opened December 2023)

The Nashville International Airport is preparing for the projected continued growth of Nashville by expanding its facilities. The first step is to add a 115,000-square-foot Concourse D and expand terminal wings. This will include 6 new domestic aircraft gates, new dining and retail offerings, an expanded ticketing lobby, four new baggage claim carousels, and more. The expected cost is $268 million and it is expected to be complete by the summer of 2020. This is all part of a $1.2 billion renovation plan. In addition to the renovations previously mentioned, travelers should also expect to see 5,000 more parking spaces, 14 more TSA lines, an international arrival facility, and an on-site hotel all by 2025.

In efforts to stay a sustainable organization that appeals to a broader audience, the Adventure Science Center has announced a long-term plan for a complete and total makeover. Over the course of the next decade, the interactive museum will begin making renovations that reflect current thinking on how people prefer to learn and interact with new information.
