Five Points Pizza Announces Residency at Jackalope Brewing Company

After serving pizza in Nashville for 13 years, Five Points Pizza expands to Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nashville’s beloved pizza shop Five Points Pizza announces plans to take up residency at Jackalope Brewing Company’s taproom located in the popular Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, beginning late this summer. The newest Five Points Pizza location will feature a 28-foot semi-permanent pizza trailer which will be connected to the outdoor patio at the brewery, making it more convenient than ever to get a New York-style slice or whole pie and a local beer. This will be Five Points Pizza’s third location.

“Jackalope Brewery has been a beer partner of ours since the day we opened, and the opportunity to further partner with such a great local brand and expand into the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood was just too good to pass up,” said Jon Rainville, partner at Five Points Pizza. “In addition to expanding into a new neighborhood, we’re really excited to work with the team at Jackalope on cross-promotion and private events at Jackalope’s on-site event space.”

Rainville, who started his tenure at Five Points Pizza as a server in 2011, rose through the ranks to become operating partner at both locations in 2018 and recently became an equity partner in Five Points Pizza in connection with this newest expansion.

Construction on Five Points Pizza at Wedgewood-Houston will begin late spring, with a tentative grand opening slated for late summer.

Bailey Spaulding, chief executive officer and founder of Jackalope Brewing Company, said, “It’s amazing to think how some things come full circle. I remember hand-making a chalkboard for the beer list at the first Five Points location over a decade ago and have loved their pizza ever since. We can't wait for people to enjoy some delicious Five Points Pizza at our taproom and look forward to bringing some magic to the neighborhood together.”

Five Points Pizza at Wedgewood-Houston will serve a limited menu of Five Points Pizza’s best-selling items, including its classic and daily slice specials, garlic knots, and 14” pizzas, and will also feature some new and creative seasonal specials that will only be available at this location. Five Points Pizza at Wedgewood-Houston will be open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday.
